Gorrety Adhiambo

Gorrety Adhiambo is a trained Laboratory Technologist specializing in research and disease surveillance, with a strong commitment to advancing public health through accurate laboratory diagnostics, evidence-based research, and data-driven disease surveillance systems. She has experience supporting laboratory investigations, research initiatives, and public health surveillance to strengthen disease prevention, early detection, and improved health outcomes.

Beyond her professional role, Gorrety is passionate about community service and inclusive development. She serves as an Executive Board Member of a church-sponsored school for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, where she contributes to governance, strategic planning, and the promotion of inclusive education that empowers children with special needs to reach their full potential.

She also coordinates women’s ministry programs within her church, leading initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, capacity building, and community engagement to strengthen families and improve livelihoods.
As a member of the Holistic Nurturing Health Hub (HNH Hub), Gorrety brings valuable expertise in public health, research, and community leadership. Her dedication to service, advocacy, and the well-being of vulnerable populations supports HNH Hub’s mission of promoting early intervention, inclusive care, and holistic support for children with neurodevelopmental disorders and their families.
